The Hybrid Athlete
This program is for athletes that would like to build a strong foundation of fitness to be able to work towards a wide range of fitness events. This program is also perfect for first responders, SWAT and military selection candidates where being fit is an important part of the job.
The objectives of this program are to be both physically strong and have a high rate of speed and agility, while building up a good base of strength, functional fitness and life long resilience.
What's Included:
- Onboarding Call where we discuss goal setting, habit building and approach
- Strength workouts that are split between 3 categories -
Thrive (Strength where you are working at 90+% effort), Stimulate (where you are still working in the 70-80% effort) and Restore (which is to help stimulate muscle recovery).
- Conditioning workouts that are split between the general categories -
Thrive - Speed
Stimulate - Endurance
Restore - Recovery
- Biweekly check in phone call

This program is built for athletes that would like to focus on long course/distance events (3 hours +), while ensuring there is a balance with concurrent training to minimize injury and prolong endurance lifestyle.
​
The objectives of this program are to increase aerobic capacity and endurance, and maintain strength to prevent injury and boost performance with a focus on longevity in sport.

What's Included:
- Onboarding Call where we discuss goal setting, habit building and approach
- Strength based workouts a week that are split between 3 categories -
Thrive (Strength where you are working at 90+% effort), Stimulate (where you are still working in the 70-80% effort) and Restore (which is to help stimulate muscle recovery).

The Endurance Athlete
This program is customized for athletes who want to lead an active lifestyle, have a base of general fitness where they can be active and learn to build healthy habits to enrich their lives.

The objectives of this program are to help individuals regain their base fitness and get back into incorporating health and wellness into their daily routines.

- Onboarding Call where we discuss the best approach to help reach your goals
